Parent’s Responsibilities

  1. To sign in and out daily with a full legal signature.
  2. To pick up your invoice at the first of the month and pick up your receipt after making a payment.
  3. To close all gates and front office door each time you enter or leave the center, for the safety of your child as well as the other children.
  4. To drop your child off with a teacher or staff member.
  5. To notify the center if anyone other than the parent will pick your child up.
  6. To bring a change of clothes, sheet and blanket, and diapers and wipes as needed.
  7. To update your child’s records as changes occur annually.
  8. To pick up your child on time (call if you will be late).
  9. To leave all toys and personal items at home.
  10. To call if your child will be absent or coming in on an unscheduled day.
  11. To notify the kitchen staff and Director of any known allergies.
  12. To fill out the appropriate authorization to administer medicine.
  13. To notify the center of any communicable diseases your child maybe exposed.
  14. To ensure that one emergency phone number can be contacted each day.
  15. To pick up art work out of your child’s cubby.
  16. To have your child wear appropriate shoe attire for climbing on the playground structures. No flip- flops.
